Grand Opening Giveaway — Official Rules

No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win. A purchase does not improve your chance of winning. Entry is free.

Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of 22FitRx, its owners, contractors, and their immediate family members and household members are not eligible. Void where prohibited.

Complete the RSVP form at 22fitrx.com/grand-opening with your name, email, and phone number. Limit one entry form per person. Entries must be received by the start of the grand-opening event on Friday, October 23, 2026 · 5:00–7:00 PM.

Each entrant receives one (1) base entry. Entrants receive one (1) additional entry for each guest they bring who attends the grand opening with them, up to the guest count they RSVP'd. Guests must be 18 or older and must be present at the event for the bonus entry to count. Bonus entries are verified at check-in.

Ambassadors are not automatic. To participate, check the ambassador box on the RSVP form, provide your Instagram handle, and agree to the requirements. Applications are reviewed and approved at 22FitRx's sole discretion; you are an ambassador only once 22FitRx approves your application.

To qualify for an ambassador prize, an approved ambassador must:

• Attend the grand opening on Friday, October 23, 2026 · 5:00–7:00 PM.
• Get people to RSVP for the grand opening and bring guests with them.
• Promote the grand opening on their social media.
• Keep a valid Instagram handle on file with 22FitRx.

Each approved ambassador receives a personal share link. RSVPs completed through that link are credited to the ambassador. The two ambassadors with the most verified credited sign-ups as of the drawing each win one (1) year of personal training at 22FitRx Scottsdale Shea (one 20-minute session per week for twelve months). Every other approved ambassador who meets all requirements above receives one (1) free month of personal training (one 20-minute session per week for one month).

Ties are broken by the earliest application submission time. Self-referrals, duplicate emails, fake entries, and automated sign-ups are void and may disqualify the ambassador. 22FitRx's determination of valid sign-ups is final. Ambassador prizes are non-transferable, have no cash value, follow the same scheduling, intake, and waiver terms as the grand prize, and are announced at the event.

The winner is selected at random from all valid entries during the grand-opening event on Friday, October 23, 2026 · 5:00–7:00 PM at the Scottsdale Shea studio. The winner must be present at the grand opening to win. If a drawn entrant is not present, another entry is drawn until a present entrant is selected. The winner is announced on-site and must claim the prize in person that day with valid photo ID.

Personal Training for Life at 22FitRx Scottsdale Shea: one (1) 20-minute personal training session per week, valid for as long as the Scottsdale Shea location remains open and operating. Unused weekly sessions do not roll over or accumulate.

The prize is personal to the winner, is non-transferable, may not be assigned, sold, or shared, and has no cash value. It is not redeemable for cash, account credit, merchandise, or membership dues. Sessions must be scheduled in advance, subject to studio availability and normal booking and cancellation policies, and require completing the standard intake and waiver before the first session. Repeated no-shows or violation of studio policies may result in forfeiture.

If the Scottsdale Shea location closes, relocates, or changes ownership, the prize ends with no substitution or compensation. The prize does not include nutrition services or medical care of any kind.

22FitRx may add additional prizes to this drawing before the event. Any added prizes and their terms will be listed on this page. Unless otherwise stated, all prizes carry the same terms: non-transferable, no cash value, winner must be present.

The winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes and any other costs associated with accepting or using the prize. 22FitRx may issue tax forms where required by law.

Except where prohibited, accepting a prize constitutes permission for 22FitRx to use the winner's first name, last initial, city, likeness, and statements for promotional purposes without further compensation.

Information you submit is used to contact you about the grand opening and 22FitRx training. We do not sell your information. You may opt out of marketing messages at any time, or ask us to delete your entry data after the drawing by emailing info@22FitRx.com.

22FitRx reserves the right to disqualify any entry it believes to be fraudulent, duplicated, or in violation of these rules, and to modify, suspend, or cancel the promotion if it cannot be run as planned. By entering you agree to these rules and to release 22FitRx, its owners, and staff from any liability arising from participation in the promotion or use of a prize, to the fullest extent permitted by law. This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by any social media platform. These rules are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.
